By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize Rove to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout.
You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal charge.
You may modify, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing rovecontact.team@gmail.com Modifications must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Subscribers who enroll at a specific rate will maintain that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and re-subscribe, current pricing will apply.
If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to recharge your payment method up to three times over seven days. Your subscription will be paused if payment cannot be collected. Orders will not ship until payment is successfully processed.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7 to 15 business days for standard domestic shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Rove is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Rove is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
